Once a member of Way of Life, you will receive one point for every AED 10 spent on regular beauty services, products and packages that can be redeemed for certain treats.
On accumulating 250 points, a customer can request for redemption by points by calling the call center dedicated to the Way of Life at 04 435 5801. The Way of Life team would then confirm with you the redemption by an email following which the gift voucher would be sent to you.
The points are valid until 1 year from the date of acquisition of the points. This means that if you earn 400 points in January and 200 more points in September, then your total points in December would be 600 points. These 600 points you can choose to redeem. However in the month of January the following year, the points will be 200 as per this example as you would have expired your 400 points earned in January.
