In the initial stages of setting up your franchise business we provide assistance with technical issues, help overcome operational and administrative challenges, alongwith providing guidance for effective sales and marketing.

Being a VLCC franchisee/management you shall always receive appropriate support on time. However, we also expect our franchisees to take initiatives on their own to maintain the success of the venture, while keeping the VLCC’s core values in mind.
The company has created nine supporting systems including brand operation, quality management, marketing and central purchasing, improved-quality early-warning mechanisms, operational quality evaluation system and enhanced overall levels of performance and management. The company also led the industry in successfully receiving ISO9001, ISO14001, and SA 8000 certifications. It has set up a service quality supervision center, established a quality management liability system, adopted the three-level (general manager, center manager and purchase manager) inspection system, elicited wellness experts’ and specially-invited guests’ public and private investigation, conduct monthly service quality seminars, and ask for customer feedback and replies to customer comments promptly. The multi-level quality monitoring and assessment system and effective communication, feedback and improvement system facilitate continuous enhancement of service quality.

Site Selection:
This is the first step for a franchisee after signing the agreement and depositing the agreement fee. Since location is important in our business, much effort and care goes into the selection of the proper site.A site may be approved after a physical visit and inspection by one of the VLCC officials or even by going through the description and photographs provided by the franchisee.
Project Development:
With the initial decision taken care of i.e. the site being finalized, the appointed architects work on the design and layout for the centre. However, before the design is implemented, the particulars need to beworked out with the VLCC team. VLCC then provides the complete Project Implementation Guidelines for further development of the site.
Staff Recruitment:
VLCC stays involved in the recruitment procedure. Once the advertisement for the recruitment of staff is released and the initial screening of candidates is done by the franchisee, VLCC’s team of experts steps in for the final selection of the short-listed candidates.
Staff Trainings:
To ensure adherence to the high quality standards set by VLCC, we provide initial training to select members of the staff of the franchise on our products, services, centre operations, client handling, sales and marketing at no extra cost.
Centre Launch:
Launching a center is not an easy task; its initial performance sets the course for future success. VLCC guides franchisees with the launch of the unit by providing appropriate marketing strategies and plans to handle operations. Collaterals and designs are also provided to the franchisee.
Equipment:
VLCC strives to provide superior quality, consistent services throughout its centers. To this effect, VLCC provides a list of basic equipment required for a franchise centre in order to ensure service availability and efficient space utilization. A list of VLCC’s preferred vendors is provided to franchisees.
Marketing Support:
VLCC has developed time tested marketing strategies, following which we offer guidance to our franchisees for effective marketing and promotion of services. All collaterals and ad designs are provided to the franchisees. Our marketing team can also guide you as per the needs and requirements of your city / region.
Refresher and Re-Trainings:
Appropriate training offers a robust foundation for the delivery of effective and excellent services. We provide training modules as per the needs of individuals and the franchisees at regular intervals.Continuing trainings will include new product trainings, skill enhancement trainings, etc.
Quality Control:
VLCC adheres to stringent quality control norms and expects its franchisees to follow the same. These are maintained by a team of experts, which includes dieticians, beauticians, operations experts who visit centers on a regular basis. This helps VLCC maintain the quality of its services and franchisees to rise up to customer’s expectations from the brand.
Approval Process:
VLCC follows a simple and streamlined process for the approval of a franchise. The application process involves candid sharing of basic information between the prospective franchisee and the franchisor in order to clearly define expectations of both parties from the very beginning. We want you to fully comprehend what you will be involved with, while we would want to learn more about you. In case our expectations seem aligned, we would look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership.
Filling Up of Franchise Application:
The Franchise application form can be obtained from our Franchise Development Department or it can be downloaded online. This form shall contain enough information to give us an insight into the aspiring franchisee.
Review of Franchise Application:
Each Application form is thoroughly reviewed by the management to assess prospective franchise partners and their particulars to be able to benefit mutually from the venture.
Review of the Financial Capability:
Financial soundness is imperative to be able to set up a successful franchise. The financial integrity and stability of the prospective franchisee is thus assessed accordingly.Interview with the Prospective Franchisee We, at VLCC, believe that a business relationship goes far beyond financial transactions. It is a long-term relationship based on mutual trust and faith. It is also concerned with the entrepreneurial qualities of an individual and thus, we meet the aspiring franchisees for a one-to-one session in order to assess and evaluate them. Understanding the Business and Conviction To continue and carry forward the VLCC tradition of excellence, it is essential for the prospective franchisee to understand the VLCC model thoroughly. The entire business model is explained to the applicant in detail and questions are invited and answered.
Approval of the Franchise:
The final seal of approval is put only after establishing a complete understanding of the business and its norms between both the parties. The Senior Management of the Company may also be involved in the process at this stage.
Signing the Agreement:
The final agreement is signed at VLCC’s corporate office where the prospective Franchise Partner is introduced to all the departmental heads and key personnel for better coordination and collaboration in the future.
Awarding the Franchisee License:
Finally, the Franchise License is awarded to the franchisee, which makes him/her a member of the ever-prospering VLCC family. The know-how of standard operating procedures too is handed over at this stage.
