Semi-Permanent cosmetic makeup is cosmetic application of color on the dermis. These techniques used for semi-permanent cosmetics are often referred to as “micro pigmentation”,
“Micro pigment implantation” or “derma graphics”. The cosmetic implantation technique deposits colored pigment into the upper reticular layer of the dermis.
Semi-permanent makeup lasts between 6 and 18 months. Results may vary, based on individual’s skin types and more. Please note that final results cannot be guaranteed as each unique skin type will hold pigment differently and break down at different rates. VLCC staff will re-evaluate and suggest touch-up appointment and make any changes if necessary.
Get more defined and shaped eyebrows with SPMU. We at VLCC give you the eyebrow shape you desire by filling in thinning eyebrows that have been over-plucked or have become thinner with age. Our technicians will craftily fill eyebrow gaps giving them the much needed shape and fullness, thus adding definition to the face. For long lasting results, get a touch up done every quarter.
Procedure for eyeliner application is very comfortable. Thin to medium liner takes about an hour to complete. Upper lash lines take longer than lowers, and upper lids with thick liner or tails take much longer—set aside an hour just for the top. Lower lashes can be finished in 30 to 40 minutes. To be safe, give yourself a two-hour window when scheduling an appointment for eyeliner.
The results are as they should be—a soft and natural color to your existing lip. The lips are tactile organs, with very thin skin that is constantly being exfoliated by natural processes. This exfoliation makes it difficult for color to remain true. Lip color retention varies widely between clients. Factors such as genetics, sun exposure/damage, lip tissue health, scar tissue, fever blisters, and implants may impact color retention.Be sure to schedule your lip touch up 30-45 days following your procedure to maximize color retention.
